Solana allows teams to transfer lamports from one account to another or to create an interactive contract that control how lamports are transferred. The Solana runtime helps users verify whether the number of signatures matches the number in the first 8 bits of the message header. The system also allows users to verify whether each signature was signed by the private key corresponding to the public key at the same index in the message's account addresses array.
