Woo is an extremely robust system that has seemingly unlimited potential for customization, which is exactly what we needed. While researching a new system, we were amazed to find how homogeneous most solutions were, offering absolutely no flexibility for more complex business needs.

One challenge with Woo is that it cannot be run on mac operating systems, which was admittedly a bit of a hurdle for us (though a solution is in the works to my understanding!).

There is a lot that you can translate, invoices, the POS to be easily used. But sometimes it can create bugs on normal operation when trying to translate some strings like in the day/end tab.

There is also a knowledge database that could answer a lot of questions.

To create custom buttons you have to use an odd search/query string that is not so easy, or at least it's not so easy for me to wrap my head around it.

I've installed the system twice and in one setting we are implementing as much of it as possible, over a period of time that is.

It can be a bit temperamental  and reports often have issues with accuracy

However, the ones I tried in the past wouldn't do everything I needed them to do, so there's your trad-off. And overall, the knowledge base is a good help, but there are a few places where there are gaps in the instructions.

It integrated nicely with my Woo Commerce online store and the support was by far the most amazing i've experienced yet.

I also like the cloud option so our staff can be working off-site.
