Automated rules will not run on schedule, or sometimes not even run at all, and there is no warning or retries.

new customers , can’t estimate LTV or CAC properly, and is showing a very poor ROAS   But the support team is trying to convince me that appart from that everything else is « fine » with the app

For an App that is costing that much money I would’ve expect more reliability Plus they refuse to reimburse my subscription whilst I no longer can’t use this app

We informed them in early may that our business manager was restricted from managing ads, due to the disruption in our business to try to find workarounds to this no one cancelled the subscription until we got charged $147 again at the end of may.

Scaling FB ads is an art in itself. And you can do all the online marketing courses you want but you need to be a pro or you need to hire an ad agency if you really want to scale.
