it's a good icloud solution for a small business
Easy to use Good for collaboration cheaper for 3+ users vs alternatives
is a single product vs iCloud or Google drive which will come as a part of a bigger product package

Dropbox can be used as simply as an easy way to share documents or as in depth as a way to collaborate on team projects. It provides a platform for sharing files that are too big to email. Shared documents are updated in realtime for all to see.
Dropbox is a similar concept to Google Drive or iCloud, but has a space limitation and requires payment for more space after a certain point (like iCloud).

Overall a quality product comparing to icloud and onedrive.
Very easy to use and cross platform on multiple devices. Highest tier adds great features and benefits.
Free version is stripped on most features. Highest tier is also pretty pricey, but still a great benefit to businesses.

I preffer dropbox over other cloud services such as box, icloud among others.
- Easy to use - Free decent amount of storage - The app for Iphone is really easy to use too and the fact that it has compatibility to save your pictures as soon as you took them is amazing.
- It's a little bit expensive for a personal use. - Sometimes the synchronization takes more time when there are several users in the same account.

It does the job so I can’t complain I wish though it was easier to use
Cross platform functionality is great Finding files is easy Overall it’s decent, better than iCloud
If your not a techie, some parts can get annoying Set up Shared and unshared folders can get confusing Customer support and just finding that support team stinks Go on their forum or whatever they call that to look for answers, I hate searching as I’m frustrated enough trying to figure out But who knows

I am very satisfied with my experience and I already upgraded my space.
The software is applicable to use for content sharing and file savings for your profession, studing or other uses
It would be great if it’s integrated with other softwares like google drive and icloud

I prefer Dropbox over iCloud on every level. It’s seamless if you have a lot of devices and large files.
It’s easy to back up all my electronics to one place.
Sometimes it’s a little glitchy between devices but it’s easily fixed.

Very deceiving experience on the Mac. I do not recommend. Many other alternatives out there: OneDrive, Google Drive, iCloud, with better experience.
Very complete file sharing solution. Cross platform clients.
The Mac client is horribly buggy, has the computer cpu go to max usage all the time for no reasons.

Dropbox business is my go to cloud storage I’ve tried iCloud and Google Drive and I prefer the Dropbox.
Dropbox business can be accessed from anywhere any device by anyone of your choosing. This makes the software very flexible and I can work with a multitude of devices and expertise. You can share simple links with people or grant them access to your folder or give them full access to your account so that they can go in as a team member and do what they need to do. You can also pick and choose which team members have access to work folders and files so you can safeguard the files you don’t want anyone else to see.
Because dropbox stores so so much information it’s important to be highly organized and have a system for filing everything that’s uniform across all users. If you don’t organize well Dropbox Business can become a junk drawer of documents and content.

It was the go-to file and folder sharing app for years.
Easy to use and share files with others. You can share files or folders individually or with groups of people. Auto-syncs.
Pricing. Now that iCloud has the ability to share folders it has made us reconsider the need for Dropbox.

Dropbox is a great free software (with a paid option) that allows you to sync files for free, akin to OneDrive or iCloud.
Not really many cons, you get a decent amount of storage for free. Pretty well priced for the premium as well.

It's great but too expensive in a team environment.
Its totally easy to use and set up plus very reliable. Dropbox is also connected to a lot of other software making it easy to share the same files
Ver expensive compared with the competition such as iCloud and Google Drive G Suite and hence we are winding down using it.

Dropbox is very reliable with syncing. Once it’s setup on your devices, it just runs in the background and works seemlessly. I can’t think of any other app or service that I use that I’ve never had to reset, reinstall or troubleshoot. I’ve never had a problem with data loss or corruption on drop box and my files are always in sync. Dropbox just works. File and folder sharing is a feature that I find invaluable. If you need to share large files, you can simply upload the file to Dropbox, create a unique Dropbox link and share that link with whomever you wish. Anyone with the link gets access,to your file or folder. Brilliant.
Only very minor cons. Apple’s iCloud service integrates more easily with most apps on iOS devices. Honestly can’t think of any other cons.

Dropbox is one of the very first cloud storage tool I started using years ago and this is the company contributed the most for me the way we think of storing something on local vs cloud. I have to admit I was never disappointed how amazingly this tool works and deliver the quality storage solution for all type or users and devices.
-Multiple users can share, view and edit the files folder at the same time -Never worry about loosing anything since it’s all backed up in real time -Usability -Reliability -Secure -Desktop app -Across the platform availability -Data Recovery
-Limited space for not paid users compared to google drive or iCloud. -Price is little costly than other similar solutions in the market.

Basically safe storage of my data.
It is really good to have all the information updated and stored in a safe place like dropbox. The hard drives or pendrive can be damaged, and in the cloud you can sometimes lose access. It is very useful for the work environment.
However, I consider it a bit expensive for what it offers. Other tools like Icloud offer a lot of space for less money.

I use iCloud, Evernote, Google Drive and Dropbox. I do keep coming back to Dropbox as a simple alternative for storing files on an app. And its free.
Dropbox is quite a simple place of storage for files. I get to see right up front what I have in my dropbox. Seems less complicated than the Google Drive or iCloud to me!
I suppose having to download and then edit and then return to the Dropbox can clutter up my workstation.

Dropbox is a household name and is bare-bones, no frills.
Expensive, dropbox fails to its typically-free competitors such as Amazon cloud, Google, iCloud storage. The ability to find documents is also a bit counter-intuitive.

When it comes to more advanced packages, I highly recommend Dropbox Business. Love the customer service and plethora of features offered with it.
I loved the quick sync and the newly-designed desktop application which is used university-wide. Makes the application look amazing.
Some features are missing, while the use of iCloud on Mac environment is extremely handy, so why use Dropbox? Also it is a bit expensive.

I've been using cloud-based storage from way back in the days before Google or iCloud. I've used old-school tools like Panda and others from that era but when DropBox came out that was it for me. I was in storage heaven and have been ever since. Google Cloud, iCloud, and any other cloud-based app doesn't do what DropBox does. And most importantly, it makes it easy for the actual user.
I've been using Dropbox for years and have yet to find any real flaws. It works, easy to sync, and the UI was made for the actual users (unlike other companies who design UIs for the developer).
It's hard to find any real issue with this app but if I had to get picky, I'd like it if the Download button was more prominent in certain views.

Having used Dropbox for well over 3 years, It's become my default option for sharing files online. Thanks to the sync speed I don't have to worry about any sort of delays. Thanks to Dropbox I can travel without a worry of carrying external storage devices because all my documents are available to me online and I can use any device to access it with privacy being the least of my worries.
The sync is much faster than iCloud. Excellent sharing features can work with colleagues much faster. Free plan is a great addition to get used to the software.
A little bit on the pricier side. A couple of alternatives like pcloud with cheaper plans.

It's very simple to use and very functional. It let's you share files with people in a very easy way. It offers reasonable storage and functionality for decent price.
There are many options out there such as Google Drive, and ICloud, that offer a better pricing option if you're planning to use it for smaller teams.

This is essentially the only reason we use iCloud. Storing data can be taxing to a iMac, so iCloud is the perfect solution for extra file storage. One can organize your files and data fairly easily using iCloud. And it is all in one place, able to be accessed from your phone or desktop which is very convenient.
iCloud is pretty limited in comparison to the competitors such as Dropbox. The file sharing isn't as up to par with dropbox.

Good for personal use. Very poor functionality for business use.
Ease of use. Perfect for personal photo storage and casual file storage in the cloud. Apple's emphasis on privacy is also a plus.
(1) Poor File Sharing Features. iCloud only allows single file sharing and has to do that by adding each collaborator on each single shared file or folder. It does not come with the easy-sharing feature such as multi-selecting files/folders and creating a file-sharing link like Dropbox offers to whoever has the link or the link+passcode combo. This has set iCloud and Dropbox far apart. This could...

Overall Icloud does its job but loses out to Dropbox due to storage costs and a confusing user interface.
iCloud makes it possible for the organization of files to an extent.
Compared to Dropbox, this software was far more confusing to use in terms of its user interface. I would only suggest Icloud for advanced computer users. iCloud is rather expensive for space.

i decided to move from gdrive since i have already two devices with ios and thats imho the point when you decide to use icloud im super happy with it and would not change it for any other option in the market
icloud is not an app or a service or a client or anything like that in ios it is part of ios so managing your cloud is so simple as managing a local folder of your device it is intelligent enough not to sync your files at full speed and collapse your internet navigation when you are using the device but prefer to do it when the device is sleeping or you are not using it love it
honestly nothing it is the perfect solution but only if you have ios otherwise take another option like gdrive/dropbox

SINCERELY VERY VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, IN A EVERY DAY USE BASIS.
I AM A APPLE USER FOR SO MANY YEARS. IPHONE, IPOD, IPAD, MacBook Air, IMAC... THE CHANCE TO GET ALL YOUR DEVICES SYNCHRONIZED AT ONCE IS OF EXTREMELY BLESS!
I THINK THE COST. I THINK APPLE CAN DO IT CHEAPER OR EVEN FREE FOR ALL THE APPLE PRODUCTS USERS. SO MANY WILL MOVE FROM DROPBOX OR GOOGLE DRIVE TO ICLOUD.

The overall experience with iCloud is satisfying. If you use an apple device, then you can definitely check it out.
iCloud is considered one of the best storage software facilitated by cloud computing. It helps you store all kinds of documents, media and other stuffs. The most amazing thing about iCloud is that, it gives the security of the apple echo system. Whenever you try to enter iCloud, they will ask for password which makes it ultra secure and it keeps a log at the backend too.
The fact is that iCloud is only available to Apple devices. It is not inclusive like that of Google Drive or Dropbox, so not a lot of customers can access it.

Actually, this software helped me saving my phone memory. However, I was confused in using the application, whether some files are kept online or some files are kept offline. Despite using MacBook, iPad and iPhone (used to), I'm confused with Apple ecosystem where the actual file is located.
- This software helped me save my internal memory on my old iPhone. This is very helpful, considering your limited iPhone memory. - Easily integrated to all of my Apple Devices
It's not easily accessible in other platforms, like my android phone or windows laptop. (Or maybe because I didn't invest more time to find out how). I just find Dropbox is easier.

iCloud is Apple’s answer to Google Drive and other online storage options. I have used it for slightly over 2 years and there are some areas where it works and other areas where it doesn’t work. Here are my thoughts on it: 1. iCloud works better if you in the Apple ecosystem. If you live and breathe Apple, iCloud can seem magical and wonderful all in one. It works for syncing documents, contacts and...
As mentioned before, I do not think 5GB cloud storage makes any sense in 2019. I found that within a few weeks, I was already using 90%+ of my storage. If you have a Windows laptop, I wish you good luck making iCloud work well there. You may download an app that installs it on your computer but it seems it is only good for iCloud Photos but it is not as intuitive and functional as if you were on a Mac or iOS device. I am also not sure if iCloud can be business friendly, it seems more tailored to individuals and families. If you ask me, Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive do more on the business front compared to Apple. So for personal use, yes sure, but for business, you are better off looking elsewhere.

I love iCloud in theory and 90% of the time in the real world. Apple needs to fix the user interface and bring a more robust data recovery option that at least is as functional as DropBox.
I like that it is easy for my Apple products to access iCloud and for them to stay synched as long as I have a reasonably fast internet connection.
I absolutely do not like the lack of customization available in the graphical interface of the file structure. Coming from the customization of the Apple Finder this is pretty jarring and pretty inexcusable. This is not only a problem on a mobile device but also on a desktop or laptop that is remotely connected and is not my own work station. I also don't like the basic lack of ability to recover files that have been deleted or overwritten unless it is from an Apple branded product that is already using iCloud for document storage.
