Pros

The managers are able to have a high-level view of how progress is going, while the team can see the daily details of each and every task. The layout is fun, colorful, and most importantly clean.
The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com. It creates a seamless integration.
Monday.com is a great tool in my experience for smaller teams who need a robust solution to help with project alignment and goal setting.

Pros

Nice job puts it right in front of them with a text, super easy. I love it I recommend it to any friend so have who own their own companies because it has been so great for us.
Nice Job integrates perfectly with my scheduling software so it makes receiving reviews very easy. Customer Service is top notch.
Fabulous customer service and the value of this product is amazing. The time saved in the review process alone more than pays for the product.

Cons

There's no way to "dumb it down" and only display the information and screens you truly need. We had lots of views that were superfluous to our workflow.
The layout was poor and difficult to set up and manage. I tried to implement it with my team of managers (12 other people) and they did not get the idea of it, mostly because they did not understand.
The CEO wanted to be able to see a lot more detail around the various projects in my department. I was collecting that data manually and it was killing me.

Cons

Someones the AI doesn't detect that a review had been left by a particular client and it continues to nudge them, much to their annoyance. These are few and far between, though.
During COVID when we weren't sure if we would have to stop operating and were cutting costs, instead of cancelling, the guys at Nicejob offered us two months of free service to keep things going.
Can’t yet detect whether some one has left a review already, but I’m not sure if this is still a problem.
