What is Plena?

Plena is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform that mimics the prospecting behavior of sales teams and utilizes the power of the best B2B database in the world, LinkedIn.

A cloud-based digital assistant robot takes over the keyboard, mouse, and screen controls of a computer in order to perform database searches and tasks, interface with pop-ups, navigate two-factor authentication, and more. This RPA feature is superior to the competition's chrome extension-based applications which tend to inundate servers and perform at non-human rates of speed. Plus, being cloud-based, the program can run in the background allowing the user to access LinkedIn and other applications normally and simultaneously vs. browser extensions.

The Plena digital robot then compiles a targeted list of prospects from LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches and augments these lead contacts with the most current and accurate email, phone, company size, industry information, etc., from reputable dataproviders like ZoomInfo. This is done automatically and exported into a clean CSV file for import.

This allows for easy, authentic, and consistent prospecting on LinkedIn and/or email outreach to keep sales pipelines full and lets teams spend more time talking to customers and closing new business, something that can not be replicated.
