Ease of use and full functionality is what I like a lot about this product. Phone support is great as well and reassured me that I won't be left stranded if I need help.

Client setup for most common secure transfer scenarios is straightforward and bullet proof. Documentation and support for more advanced scenarios is superb.

In addition, Cerberus FTP Server is Scalable, Clean-Cut and Simple for End Users, and Supports Multiple Sharing Protocols. My absolute favorite feature is Sharing Files via HTTPS.

Lack of favicon customization. Every time I upgrade I have to do it manually.

Some of the new GUI menus are a little weird. I prefer the old GUI menus.

We use the software to securely transmit sensitive company data to our vendors and from our vendors back to us. It is very easy to update and very simple to deal with Cerberus' customer support.

Customer support when needed is very fast. End users need very little help if at all.

Not sure how we're to get updates to the purchased software. The issue is we've purchased it and there hasn't been any follow-up from CSR about enhancements/bug fixes or updates.
