I signed up to download videos from someone who stores on Mega - when I try to download I get the error “insufficient disk space” even though the video is only 1GB and I have 15GB free on my iPad and 3TB free in Mega.

MEGA's customer support can be slow at times with the free version, be patient or seek community forums for help.

I love this cloud storage service, especially in free mode, I have the right to 50GB of storage. But for those who don't find it enough, they can get up to 8TB of storage in paid mode
