It enables managers to generate subcontractor lists based on trades, groups, locations, or proximities using filters, send personalized bid invites to contractors, and grant project access to specific members.
BidPlanroom allows contractors to upload, download, and share files with colleagues, in order to improve collaboration across projects. Businesses can view received bids or project statistics on a centralized dashboard, and notify subcontractors about updated tasks, addenda, or dates via automated alerts. Plus, users can utilize the form builder tool to create custom questionnaires for bidders and accept or reject submissions, to streamline approval processes.
BidPlanroom enables enterprises to add notes to tasks and manually mark bid intentions on projects for unresponsive subcontractors. Managers can categorize users into multiple groups and update, add, or remove contacts from the centralized database. Businesses can also edit bounced email addresses and re-issue invitations to bid (ITBs), improving workflows across the organization.
