BusyBusy has streamlined our payroll, by integrating with our accounting software we are now able to directly import our employee's time rather than manually entering in the data from paper time cards.

The only complaint that I have with the software is that it needs a "pause" feature. If an fellow employee needs to take a personal phone call, go pick up a child, switch to another task for a few minutes or any number of reasons to pause, this feature would make their activities more transparent, honest and accurate.

We paid for the product for over 6 months and spent thousands of dollars.

Allowing field supervisors to review and sign off on payroll and the ability to export data to our accounting software makes the software an easy choice for us to continue to use.

The others need you to take tutorials to understand how to use it, I am not going to ask my employees to take a tutorial to learn how to punch in at work, lol.

There are aspects of the software that I would never have noticed except via customer support like being able to sort by last name instead of first name, and payroll mapping. If I don't have everything correct, it won't import that employee hours.

The speed when trying to click into different parts on the website can be very slow at times.

What could have been improved is the ability to communicate with support expeditiously when there is an issue.

In the last update there was a feature or two that I felt was lost when most reports were encapsulated in the "legacy reports" specific job perchance and job costing reports by specific project that I can no longer access.

I do not like that we cannot drag and drop, or, relocate projects/subprojects.

Also, sometimes I had to revise my weekly invoice manually.  

The app software was no as "busy" as most so the user does not get caught up trying to figure our its proper use.

One con I have found with the software is it allows employees to clock in while already clocking in causing a little timecard confusion.

When the wonderful DIR decided that we needed to do weekly payroll on certified jobs, that increased my payroll from 2x per month to 6x per month!

I like the ability of supervisors to assist the workers in clocking in/out and switching between jobs throughout the day just in case they forget.

The team over at busybusy helped get our systems set up and integrated with our accounting software and we were off to the races in a matter of 45 minutes.

I'd like to see faster load times, but perhaps if you could add an option to keep the phone awake like some other apps do I could at least stop having to tap the screen every 15 seconds or so to keep it from locking.

The only con to this program is if you are not in good cell phone signal service it makes it hard to clock in and clock out.

The GPS feature helps us keep track of our employees and make sure they are were they are supposed to be.

The cons are no longer cons. When we originally starting using BusyBusy the week start date didn't match our payroll period, this has been changed and is no longer a con.
