Getting support is extremely slow.   If support is provided via email, sometimes the information is cryptic and only made for Tech people, not true users.

The access to the backend SQL Database and the front end customizability with fields and tables. Once the team got a hold of the backend functionality we could really configure the system to meet our needs.

they forced all users to a named user system, our company had shared Vista logins and we had to fend for ourselves with no time to prepare and adjust.

Ability to customize reports, programs and create custom dashboards.

It is very difficult to create custom reports and the UI in TC1 for reporting is lackluster.

With the correct setup for accounting and reporting you will be able to get the most information into and back out of the system.  

We purchased Vista because of it's job costing capabilities and it's ability to integrate with Procore.

Job Cost and WIP is strong, and once it’s set up, it allows employee input for daily production activity with few errors.

Sometimes there is almost too much information available without the ability to keep it straight from similar reports or programs.

System upgrades are terrifying with the last update impacting or ability to produce financials.
