Being able to have documents e-signed without a third-party app and the QuickBooks integration that allows sending payable invoices directly from the app have been huge time-savers.

The lack of message signatures and message templates means that you are constantly going back and forth copy pasting different premade messages, which adds a lot of friction.

Similarly, document customization is near zero and i often find not being able to change logo sizes, fonts and anything else a detriment in being able to present a proposal.

Customer communication via notifications is lacking, Quotes/Estimates pdf need more customization, real time profitability calculations within a project is cumbersome.

There are a lot of features and items within the software that i assume are very helpful for many people, even though we use only a few main ones.

The app is also very responsive and you are able to look at all the same info as desktop.

There are a few small areas that could be refined for better ergonomics, but nothing major.

Overall, we’ve been very pleased and excited about the future growth JobTread has enabled by helping us better organize our projects and reduce stress.

Despite having all the features I was looking for, their customer portal UI seems to be a tad bit difficult to navigate.

Their documentation is solid, the integration potential is limitless, and the support team is responsive and developer-friendly.

Another thing to add would probably be how cramped the mobile experience feels, especially for the client.

People now see my design-build as tech-forward.

They also make live training sessions available so you can ask questions directly while taking the training.  

We used another platform before, that was way overpriced and due to the costs kept us from getting all our processes into one place.

I do recommend the software in general but depending on industry you may run into simple frustrations.
