I have no other web based scheduling systems to compare it to, so I ask carriers that do. There are only a few carriers that use web based systems like this and they think Transwide is the best.

Simplicity of use and clear organized transport order information for the users. Login is fast, easy to add users, TW Support is very reactive and helpful for both Shipper and Carriers.

No indication of when the site is going down, just an apology email.

Another downside to Transwide is that the TW slot facilities are not uniform in terms of what information is required when setting up an appointment.

The system goes down quite frequently, at least once every other week. This is very inconvenient as transportation is a 24/7 industry, and appointments can fill up fast.

My experience with the Transwide company is very good, my money always arrives on time where I send it.

Also customer service isn't incredible. There seem to be some terrible carriers on your site with no way to rate them or file formal complaints against them.

I have used just about every carrier on Freight Club, and just about every one of them has either missed a pick up, lost an order, or delivered an order to the wrong place.

I got a welcome call and a solid intro to everything and it was just so simple and has worked seamlessly.

Lack of ability to supply a ground shipping label. Claims can sometimes be denied for carrier liability that we disagree with, however this is the nature of freight shipments.
