I also wish that I could do a workshop and then just add the dates in to make it easier to post several of the same workshops, instead of cloning each one, but that is not the end of the world.

Lack of available tech support was an initial concern but the online help is so robust it turns out we never need support!

Fortunately we found Corsizio which will not only save us a lot of money but provides enhanced functionality as well.

The only 2 drawbacks that I can think of is the visual on the landing page for customers.

I still wish that there was a shopping cart feature, as my users will not necessarily bak a pre determined pack of classes, rather they can choose any combination of classes that suites them. When they use the '5 or more' discount code, they need to register for each class separately.

Should be able to offer monthly payment classes, rather than just one off sessions / events.

So easy to add a booking link to my website and save all the time and trouble I used to spend emailing students with payment details and losing enrolments in the process.

It would be nice to have the system emails go out from our own email address so that it is less likely to end up in students' spam mail.

Some of the workflow around payment processing for multiple registrations can be a challenge; the most common example we encounter is if a student wants to book for multiple courses at the same time, I have to process each course as a separate transaction.

A great feature of Corsizio is the follow up/feedback from participants which is helpful in evaluation of our programs.

Corsizio is very user friendly and easy to use!  

Perhaps we haven't found this feature yet, but we run several classes within the same program, and it would be wonderful to aggregate the date from each program, gathering registration information from all of the classes within that program into one place, as opposed to having to go through each class individually.

Though we appreciate some of the formatting features in memos, we find it very limited and glitchy.

The only real issue I have with the site is that there are some things that can get set up on the page and if you copy it to the next year it has required me to request assistance to remove it.

My company moved over to RaceEntry a few years ago from another platform and haven't looked back I continue to tell others about the site for their events and plan to do so far into the future.
