Coding overcharges in POS and the President refused to make right. Randomly charges clients credit cards when not supposed to (very upset clients who think you are purposely overcharging them).

I do wish the cancelation feature would be updated - often we can accidentally cancel the wrong truck or a company will "cancel" then change their minds. It can clutter the board.

Inbound scheduler

When you cancel an appointment there should be a way to bring that appointment back and reschedule if it needs to be. More training for carriers so they can schedule and reschedule appointments.
