Homesnap Pro enables real estate agents to utilize the built-in chatting tool to send private messages, create comparative market analysis (CMA), view listings, and export message threads. It allows employees to connect the platform with MLS and brokers to generate real-time information regarding price history, recent sales, property summaries, commission splits, property lines, and school districts. It also lets team members create and publish listings advertisements across social media platforms, such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, and Waze.
Homesnap Pro allows businesses to integrate the platform with ShowingTime and Centralized Showing Service to schedule and manage property showings. It also lets users capture leads, generate Ad reports, create branded landing pages, and more from a unified platform.
