I love being able to have a proposal with individual line items and an inspiration board, coupled with a second tab for the contract, all in one place.

Every time I update anything and publish it, the new version is available to my clients through the same link, so I don't need to send them extra emails and clog up their inbox.

It is not up to date and a lot of the items in the pre-loaded catalog do not have pictures associated, so it can be difficult to know sometimes if I'm adding the right colour flower to a recipe.

The ability to create proposals from anywhere has made me a more responsive vendor & has led to a significant increase in bookings.

I wish they would've asked their users more about which features we valued before these changes, and I also wish they were quicker to re-implement some of these that have gone away or make less sense now. When I've given feedback or chatted with customer service, they simply say that feature isn't available or that I can submit a suggestion.

The ability to have multiple recipes within one line item so I can divide out the florals from the candles and click the photos easily into the line item is amazing.

Then, I had some questions that I could not find on their website's FAQs and "helpful" tabs.

It allows me to provide a detailed, easy-to-read proposal to my clients, while maintaining our pricing structure and profit margins.  

They have been extremely helpful and always trying to improve their software.

Overall, we have been a customer of Curate for 5 years.

Bad customer service, you cannot speak to a person unless you want to purchanse the softare.

I always wished I could add an additional fill-in section to the contract so I could collect clients's credit card info to keep on file.

Some of the questions were simple enough for me to respond.

We work with many clients who are planning their celebrations from a distance and this software allows them to be more excited about their choices and selections, even if the haven't seen them in person yet.

Printing is limited to browser printing capabilities and there is alignment output constraints between electronic version and PDF with respect to reports and PDF proposals.

I have raved to other florists about my experience with curate and I have heard from clients about how my quotes were night and day from other floral quotes they had received with presentation, the amount of photos for visuals and the level of detail. Once my clients receive and sign off on their quote, they are confident about what they will be receiving on their wedding day and I am always able to recall exactly what the game plan is months after I've written the quote and am getting ready for production/design.

We love that you can send your customer confirmation of delivery with a photo of arrangement that was delivered for their order.

After the new update there are a few changes that are being addressed by Floranext such as stock pictures to be removed, cut and paste in the website descriptions.

we use the software daily in running our shop, occasionally there is a tic in the software but nothing that we don't work around.

I guess my only con would be that there would be more options for different reports.  

Floranext provides a user friendly POS that allows upper management to train with ease.

After many years of use we have not had any issues we have not been able to work out.  

Switching to a new  one takes time to get used to, but it gets easier with time. Whenever I need help, they respond and help.
