Haven't seen another engine matching the export features of GDevelop, in 10 minutes and no more than 5 clicks you could have an HTML5,  Android, Windows, Linux, macOS distribution, ready to go. And only one click away to publish to their own game page.

I make use of construct 3 all the time either for just leisure or for professional use. when I was a total beginner and did not know how to write a singlle line of code, i used it to turn a number of my gaming ideas into reality in the form of web games  I have fun using the drag and drop feature and the fact that you can add difficulty levels to your game is quite amazing.

One of the most interesting features that I also like about this platform is the quick response of the technical team in resolving my complaints and whatever issues that I had during the process of using the platform.

You will have more time to try to find the smooth movement you want the car to have rather than coding. When it comes to code, everything is very simple, with each event being made of at least one Condition and one Action, basically cause and effect.

What I liked least about Construct 3 is that the official plugins have their source code hidden, which makes it harder to understand how they work or to extend them for more advanced use cases.

Personally I never use those, unless I have to integrate JavaScript code to connect to the client's server, in case for example the player needs to login to a particular platform.

Its no coding feature has made it so easy for me to develop a game easily, not only that, its animation and drag and drop attributes have also been a lot helpful in developing games.
