In my case I have to use real Mac machine to setup 2 functions ( push notifications and background modes).

Codemagic has taken away the most unpleasant tasks our app development studio had, and saved us thousands of dollars in staff costs in our first year of using it.

Some of the common stuff like build number increases could be better addressed rather than needing to create a codemagic file or custom scripts.

I haven't seen a great way to create encrypted variables when I want to include them in my codemagic.yml file.

The good pre-configuration of the build machines as well as publishing tools saved us a lot of time in setting up the CI.

It is very rare, but once I had a build fail because of some networking issue while publishing to Google Play Store and it would be nice to have a button for restarting it.

Coming from an environment where we had little experience with setting up a CI/CD for a mobile app it was really easy to configure automatic deploys to TestFlight and Play Console.

There is no direct support for creating app versions and upload meta information to the app store or Google play.

Coming from Nevercode, the predecessor of Codemagic it was a bit of a shame that we lost the ability to do configurations in a webapp.
