The version I used did not have AI integration and the interface needs to be improved. When I compare it to other tools, Captivate is behind.

The learning curve is steep for beginners. Though the interface can feel a bit dated.

The blocks aren't customizable, you're limited to preset designs, therefore you can't get too creative.

What I like least about Adobe Captivate is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first.

My organization will not let me use parallels so I was stuck with using captivate.

For those without prior experience in eLearning development, it could sometimes get complex, just like everything else.

Even though I didn’t have a great experience with this product, I recognize you can create really awesome courses, elearnings, microlearnings, etc.

My issues with Adobe Captivate can be boiled down to three things:1. Despite the interface looking familiar, I found it very difficult to navigate and perform basic functions.2.

I acknowledge that, with time and effort, I could have learned to be proficient with Adobe Captivate. But that time investment, for the high the price, wasn’t feasible (especially considering if we chose this software, we’d have to teach others to use it as well).
