This variability requires us to maintain separate templates for relatively minor differences (e.g. the same course offered in one long session vs. two short sessions).It's only available in English.  

We can input Spanish in a lot of fields, but the software framework itself has no language options, so hard-coded fields, buttons, etc. are in English can can't be changed.

I did then send an email and I then got access soon after on both occasions.

Our use case was free courses for our internal company training and everything always had a price listed near(changed to zeros since it was free) it which can be confusing to an admin new to the system.

The platform is easy to use (very little technical expertise required) and all of the tools have greatly reduced the manual work associated with processing registrations and communicating with class attendees.
