The CommPartners support team are friendly, and willing to train/ update you on new features and help you understand special features you may not be capitalizing on.

The ability for us to get in and make changes quickly and easily was the biggest benefit. Before we had to go through a third party and could not respond quickly enough to member needs or changes.

It's a pain to log in and out. Also, with the API when a user times out, it sometimes will double register them in our AMS but reflects only 1 reg in elevate.
