Customizations are very possible when working in conjunction with the support team at Easy LMS, but there are limitations here as well. Although very customizable via the CSS and what is available with the platform, there's very little you can do yourself -

The API was a huge plus for us - We needed to get our users added to Easy LMS using webhooks from an event registration system.

The font used makes lower case L and capital I look the same, but we've figured out that if you change the font it can be distinguished.
