Ease of use is tremendous and the learning curve is almost zook. Some of the features like "hotspots" are present in almost every authoring tool.

At no time in the demo or "training" (Which was just another short demo) did they mention you have to pay $2 and change for each voiceover, whether it is 3 words or three dollars.

You have to use two periods or it combines it with the next word. You can't use an ellipsis (Even when its the name of something) because it makes the words longest most awkward pause.

Technical writer

Its use is extremely intuitive and easy. Offers many predefined “slides” which are very useful to give you ideas.
