During this bad experience I found based on online reviews that they are a repeat offender with similar cases being listed on the web (can share screenshots) If anyone has had a similar experience, please share what we can do to get my money refunded?

One of Graphy's executive sold lifetime subscription plan to me, with the bundle of lies, after Purchase he is not picking my phone nor refund my amount, His number is [SENSITIVE CONTENT] Fraud Person, I told each and every one of you not purchased any plan from him.

Some graphy overlods decided that these LTD users are too much to bear without additional cash stream, so the amount of cajoling to jump onto their “revenue sharing” plan, which charged 10 (TEN) percent of sales (yeah, I am going to hand over 10 percent of my business to an LMS company, right) went completely overboard.

Product has some limitations  in website and user interface part

The platform is good but very difficult to use by myself, Pathetic & bad experience as nobody picks up calls or provides any support.

Please improve the web builder and language management system.

It allows to create a website, with landing pages, webpages along courses with different different media types off-course including videos.

Also it has forum for students and instructors to interact. Plus it has push notification option for website and android app, so that we can notify students with offers and class details.

Cool part is along with courses, we can create quizzes, assignments, certificates on completetion and Live sessions all at same platform!

So instead of one page with a video, downloadable pdf, and text, you have to create separate pages containing each of these assets and learners have to click the menu to access each one.

Every function, from courses creation, classes management, user management, courses sales management etc. contain plenty of options, making it very flexible to create the courses, the topics and items according to my needs.

They have been promising to upgrade the UI which is not modern in its current look and feel at all and after its acquisition by Graphy last year, they said a lot of improvements will be coming but they have not yet improved on the UI front as yet. Since their acquisition last year they have restricted the number of learners on their pricing plan which is absurd as having unlimited students in LMS is an industry standard, its just didn’t seem right that they put restriction on this.

I am overall satisfied with the graphy given its price.

The integrated marketing and flexibility to change 'selling' models (pricing, bundling, etc) was very helpful.   While I haven't yet verified SCORM compliance, the fact that it is an advertised feature is very important.

Spayee is saving me tons of hassle of managing different plugins, themes, codes of a WordPress-based LMS site.

The user interface of the frontend could have been better, but I do see that Spayee has given us the option to  customize the frontend with custom CSS but I guess that is my limitation and not Spayee's.

The reason I picked this one is it offers additional features such as website hosting, blogging, and affiliate marketing.

You can customise to a certain degree via custom CSS but this is time consuming and requires a level of coding knowledge.

All the regular bells and whistles of online LMS course features seem to be covered - forums, quizes, drip content and more

Of all the materials and features I have reviewed on the site, I'd like to see Spayee have a video upload in the courses (so I do not have to use external video solutions) and maybe more themes.

The admin dashboard and the site are fast. But what I loved most was that the software is already packed with almost 95% of the required features of a perfect LMS platform.
