What I like most about it is that I can snag a YouTube link, drop it into SafeShare, quickly select the custom start and end times for the video, then post the link for my students, all while avoiding any ads or pop ups.  

There is a free version that allows for about ten saved videos, but these can easily be deleted and changed out when needed.
