The ability for parents to send notes for sick days and tardies has saved our parents a lot of time, and it is sent to us immediately and marks the student's attendance accordingly!    

I also like that calendar features can be set for different groups for after school clubs and parents can simply select a calendar with a drop down menu.

Breadth of the product, tuition programming works well, easy setup, mobile app is solid for emergency contacts etc.

Our only recommendation would be to increase response time by allowing direct contact to support instead of the delay that comes naturally with written mail requests.

As the school worker that runs our SchoolCues, support always got back to me almost immediately whenever I have a question or needed help with something.

Gradebook is not great, especially for a high school situation where you have to upload previous course credits.

The team also provides periodic releases to keep their customers informed on upgrades as a result of improvements made.

It gets the job done and the new updates make everything more streamlined in terms of accessing information and utilizing it to build classes.

It's not that PowerSchool was ineffective, rather as it has grown into more from just the attendance tracking and the SIS side the number of add-ons and features has grown and the pricing became a little outside of our range.
