There is NO Option to UNDO any Changes done on the Slides.

Perhaps adding a photo to a presentation is difficult.

I was on a business trip out of town and reached out to customer service around 9 PM on a Tuesday night needing guidance on my slides for a presentation I was doing the following morning.
