Project Engineer

For a normal user with least PC space, Lumion can be problematic which requires strong graphics as well.

The ease of visualization. Whenever the file is uploaded to Lumion we can immediately see how it would shape.

Overall experience has been decent. Although I like the quality of rendering in Lumion, it takes a good amount of time to coordinate between multiple applications.

It's like playing the video game, it's so easy to get used to with commands.

It can be slow sometimes especially if we have SketchUp models imported that have a lot of detail.

Additional software open, needs constant linking back and forth.

The most thing i like about lumion is the rendering quality, both in images and videos.

You just import the model that you made in an external 3d modeling software and once inside Lumion, the magic starts by picking materials and inserting furniture, plants, select sky, etc.

I think that more textures should be added and more background and city views should be found there rather than just a typical US city.

We used this software daily for our presentations with customers and they got amazed as well, because if they needed to change something, we just did it in the meeting and they saw the new image immediately on Lumion.

Can’t do separate settings for different scenes.

It does not achieve the great quality with lighting as other softwares on the market.
