Overall, it has been a great experience. Support is excellent, and the company works to constantly improve the product and keep the features competitive with what's available in the market.

The customizing of reports is great. The simplicity is nice and it's easy to navigate around and for the most part pretty easy to train on.

Sage intacct was the worst experience I have had with any accounting system implementation. I basically did all of the integration and system set up and paid them to do it.

They are fantastic about helping if you need it and getting back to you quickly. Even on weekends or other times off.

I like that its cost effective for a single user, and its relatively easy to migrate into as a small company with not a whole lot of assets.

I do have a problem viewing some input screens.

It took a little while to learn how to use it. The custom reports are difficult for me to use; I use the standard reports and modify for my own use.

Very slow and lots of errors. Hard to add assets and crashes often especially with partial disposition.

That it can easily be downloaded into excel for sorting. They have worked hard to improve the software and usability each year.

We can forecast and budget, track construction projects and track all of our capital assets much easier than our previous method using spreadsheets.

Reporting is limited to two years, once we move forward each year.
