You have 0 access to people on the phone, its ONLY by email, that you the system doesnt work with square, that the person who sold me the product, did not explain everything correctly to match my business needs, that there are glitches with the system that sometimes requires an internal odoo developer to fix, that you have pay for implementation but that there its no first free training  based on your company needs.

As soon as I started giving him negative feedback on my initial experience (documentation was COMPLETELY out of date - Support had to send me a totally different workflow to get basic task of connecting bank accounts set up) and the fact that I was concerned what else might be out of date...he flippantly said that their docs are often outdated and that's just how it is....then HUNG UP on me mid-sentence (if line disconnected, I'd assume he'd call me back - but never did).
