If you sell on Amazon and want your accounting to be accurate without hours of manual work, Link My Books is a fantastic solution.

Sometimes there's a slight delay in the payout invoice being ready to send when the payment has already arrived in bank but I assume that could be to do with Etsy too

Our client is easily able to process their sales themselves as they look after the bookkeeping, they haven't needed to ask any questions etc. post set up which  makes everyones lives easier

Ontop of that however, the customer service is fantastic. Whenever I have a question I reach out to support, and get a fast, helpful response from a real person.

The cost is flexible but when there are less transactions to account for every little extra adds up so I was considering cancelling for this reason.

LMBs has really taken the hassle out of manually collating data from our various sales channels, namely: Amazon, eBay and Shopify. With sales and fees captured automatically we can concentrate on other areas of the business and maintain an updated snapshot of our business performance.

Only thing to look out for is that if your sales reduce to a level that would have you on a lower tier it doesn't automatically reduce your subscription cost - you've got to go to your account and manually make the switch.

I've been using "Link my books" for my ecommerce business for a while now, and I must say it's been a game-changer.

I've been struggling with spreadsheets and spending endless hours balancing my Amazon books for many years.

Oh and of course their software simply pays for itself via no more timely and laborious book keeping / accounting entries from our, monthly, 100's of Amazon and Ebay store.
