Straightforward way to manage employee PTO and sick days.

Sometimes the hover tooltips over the line items (project name, etc...)

It does what it's supposed to do reliably, which is really all I need from time tracking software.

Accountant

Integration into the rest of the apps/tools did not crash this week and it is simply adequate.

It stopped all of the annoying billing errors that would occur every Friday.

President

We initially planned on using the invoicing module, but the interface with QuickBooks didn't allow for the specificity needed for reporting, so we now export reports and issue invoices through QB.

From a managerial standpoint it has everything needed for the type of tool.

Business Systems Manager

We had to add a custom field in order to see our fixed type projects billing if we wanted to pull a report during the course of the week.

Engineer

The search feature saves lot of time while entering data.

Analyst

It is a reliable product, however there is not an easy way to give feedback to the developers before an update/after and update.

Great experience with replacing time tracking.

I'm just happy that we no longer have complete disaster when it comes to the timesheets.

It is simple, very flexible, and easy to use.

Customization - being able to add custom fields and report on them without the need of development.

The best feature of Replicon in my opinion is the user interface.

Would prefer a neater look to billing report that does not display filters used when creating report.

I used Replicon to track all the time spent by my employees and company members.

Some features we use for tracking hours & details are not clearly available.

Furthermore, I truly have lost count on the hundreds of hours spent gathering data and sending it to replicon so they might fix their own oversight.

Confused about capabilities and what customizable options are available for resource management

In certain situations, it may not be feasible or appropriate to apply laws from specific countries.

The implementation process was brutal. Because we're an HR consulting firm, we don't need all of the bells & whistles offered by Replicon.
