Brightsquid is a cloud-based patient engagement software that helps businesses monitor privacy compliance, prevent online breaches, and block cyber attacks such as ransomware or phishing. It is a messaging and file transfer tool that lets clinics connect with the rest of the circle of care accordingly. Administrators can also manage patient communications for appointment preparation, follow-up, and attachment.

The system allows users to send online forms to collect patient information, create message templates, access audit tracking, and more. Bulk-sending functionality lets healthcare providers deliver messages to patients through a unified platform.

• Send and receive with anyone - Message any of the professionals in the directory or invite colleagues to claim their own free account. Invite patients to eliminate mail and reduce phone traffic.
• Shared clinic inbox - Send and receive messages to the clinic with available assigned staff addressing and triaging messages as appropriate.
• Automatic closed loop communication - Read receipts show you if and when a message was read by, not just delivered to recipients.
• Full-control message recall - If a message is sent to the wrong person, or access is no longer appropriate, users can always remove any message from all recipient inboxes to avoid any potential harm.
• Ransomware blocking - No one will click on a link or attachment in a secure-mail message that is infected with ransomware or other harmful computer viruses. All information and files are scanned before being uploaded to the Brightsquid servers.
• Zero spam inbox - All users of secure-mail are identity verified so there are no messages that aren't related to clinical activities.
