It enables businesses to manage and store emails, images, text documents, and videos within claims on a secure web server. Administrators can access reports to gain insights into losses at the program level, download claims data in XML or Microsoft Excel format.
CaseworkPro allows managers to define workflow rules and configure access permissions for team members. Businesses can also customize data capture fields, transaction or activity types, insured loss location, and form letters, among other elements.
