Overall my experience was great until I had one major issue and asked to speak with someone from management and refused to speak with me. When I am spending $2500 a year and have an issue, the least they could do is to speak with me, admit there was an issue, apologize about it and work on it so that it does not happen again instead of just saying it was not major issue and most issues are resolved in a 24 hour period (Jessica B).
