It's irritating to put a new patient in the schedule and by the time you've entered all the required info, you've forgotten what time and date you were putting them on the schedule for.

It is pretty easy to use and navigate, chart notes look nice, patient progress is tracked well. Follow up SOAP notes are easy to modify from the previous.

During initial setup my information was entered wrong and there was a delay in payments from insurers. Also Chirofusion charges a different amount if you want phone support.

The way it looks, and general functionality of the Front Desk and Billing modules. The people at the Help Desk have been fantastic.

Poor compliance - the notes system automatically puts in details in your soap notes that make your notes inaccurate and potentially risk denials.

So grateful for all customer service agents - they have always been super helpful and they never stop until the job is done or the issue resolved.

We have experienced absolutely nothing but problems with PayDC, and the worst part was that nobody seemed to care about our terrible experiences.

Everyone we have talked to has been extremely pleasant, professional, and prompt. The ease of use has been seamless, especially due to the training.

I am not very computer savvy, so the ease of use of PayDC Chiropractic was very important to me. The layout and design is appealing to the eye, and I feel proud to use in it my office.

Product was excellent in helping me stay compliant with my notes. Many tutorials offered in the subject compliance and after a Blue Cross Blue Shield audit was happy not to have to pay a dime back.

I have repeatedly lost entire new patient info and exams. By the time the person is re-entered, I may have spent about 45 minutes on one entry.

The training is scattered and difficult to coordinate/schedule.

The money saved for the program does not outweigh the frustration and time spent fixing the problems.

I have tried Office Ally, DrChrono, Chirotouch and believe PayDC has the best understanding of efficiency and safety guards to meet compliance.

In the more recent year and a half we have experienced little to no response from customer service when issues come up.
