The SQL search function is difficult to use. Sometimes we have had troubles with the stability of the software - sometimes it crashes and you have to restart it.

The billing program has to be checked and often rebilled for  missing claims. The drop down lists are not optometry specific and can be very tedious to find the right listing.

The ability to interface all of  our images from topography to ERG into the cloud EHR with ease.

The web registration is very unfriendly for patients and the practice alike. We are unable to access the information other than importing.

There are constant updates that cause us to be very frustrated.

EHR is integrated, BUT, you have to pay for the software up-front, purchase and maintain your own server, and pay for monthly subscription for customer service.

The ability to customize screens and the VSP integration are huge positives for our office too.

Integration to Eye Cloud Pro from our previous software was pretty seamless. Everyone was very helpful and continue to be when we have questions.

I am very happy with ECP. I always tell my colleagues about ECP and how user friendly it is. I rate everything in totality an 8.5/10.

The ehr is very poor done needs way to many clicks and is very hard to use. Customer service is terrible and I would not recommend.

Love that I can see exactly how much I spent in each product category so I can see where and how much to spend for replenishment of product.

My needs may change in the future since my colleagues are requesting this so it's nice to know that the company is not stagnant.

Tech support has been great to work with and questions are answered quickly and accurately.

I love that it sends appointment reminders by email, text and phone, it has a time clock for employees, I have all my inventory integrated with EHR, I can easily run all kinds of reports.

Eye Cloud Pro has been listening and responding to consumer feedback and industry overall requirements. I like that the system keeps a confirmation that prescriptions were released to patients.

Inventory management is confusing sometimes, however, I believe Inventory management is never easy no matter the program.
