What is Intrigma?
Intrigma is a cloud-based software designed to help medical organizations streamline processes related to physician, nurse and staff scheduling, pay calculation, communication management, and more. The platform enables professionals to assign tasks, track progress and handle the utilization of resources across departments via a centralized dashboard.
The centralized management system assists administrators with creating custom categories, handling vendor data, sorting tasks and maintaining staff information across multiple departments or locations. Additionally, the built-in calendar functionality allows physicians to share schedules with staff and patients. Schedules can be edited from any PC, tablet or smart phone, and physicians and staff can submit requests and trade assignments from their personal mobile device.
The communication feature in Intrigma enables schedulers to notify medical practitioners about available shifts, locate staff members using rule-based logic and make announcements via a bulletin board. With the PayManager module, organizations can compute a variety of pay rates including individual, differential and overtime calculations.
