What is MedM Platform?
MedM is a white-label RPM platform, which can capture 16 types of physiological data from outpatients and and stream it into caregiver workflows. The measurements can be automatically collected from 800+ different models of medical sensors. The platform is available in 15 languages. It is fully customisable and can be used with any hosting and ported to any OS. The RPM platform can be deployed in a matter of days.
The solution consists of patient-facing mobile apps and/or hub middleware (for unattended data collection), a cloud repository, a clinician dashboard, and EHR/EMR integration APIs.
To ensure patient compliance and caregiver attentiveness, MedM RPM has reminders that can be set for pills (to be taken) and/or measurements (to be made). Thresholds can be set for all types of measurements and caregivers can opt to receive alerts on threshold violations.
