In fact that is one of the most annoying things that there is not one consistent way to do things. Some processes take one click , some take two, some you check "ok" and some you click "enter.

In an office setting it can end up taking care of your charting, prescriptions and patient instructions very quickly and easily.

This is a very intuitive software and functions in the same way a physician evaluates a patient and creates a note. Produces concise, clean notes and integrates very well with Dragon.

But the thing that I like the most is the ease of use, the improvement in the car in the last 2 years was great. They have been using practice fusion for more than 6 years now.

Good price reasonably user friendly, adding mips reporting, some ability to customize. Robust support  at the beginning.

Customer service is horrible; they are rude, not helpful at all and you are easily on hold for 40 minutes at a time. You can leave a message, but no one ever calls you back.

Initially Practice fusion was free and then all providers had to pay a monthly price. What I am mostly disappointed is the contracts that have the providers sign.

I like this software because it is easy to schedule my appointments online. Also I heard that this software is not too expensive but a lot of patients are going online through Practice Fusion.

It is great at keeping up appointments and check-in. Can be testy sometimes but overall a decent program.

For me the lack of attention to the specific needs of Psychologists in the EHR as well as the ever increasing price of the EHR caused me to look to other EHR forms.

I never found anything least about this software. Every time  I use Practice Fusion it never had given me a problem.

Overall it was good, we stopped using it when they were going to start charging for prescribing and our office does not prescribe medication.

My billers  could  never  access  and you cant  talk  to anyone  they send you instructions  in an  email. I have to pay for  4 providers  when I am only  one.
