The audit feature is very helpful and I use it often. Routing messages is easy to use and I train my staff to send one to themselves so we have a tickler file to verify no one is ever overlooked.

It's cost efficient, I like that I don't have to pay much, AND it's cloud based.

It is not a Sevocity issue but a Dr First problem.

The ease of use and ability to manage/update templates as I am using the program is the best part of the program. I can learn something new, and add it to my template that afternoon.

In fact that is one of the most annoying things that there is not one consistent way to do things. Some processes take one click , some take two, some you check "ok" and some you click "enter.

In an office setting it can end up taking care of your charting, prescriptions and patient instructions very quickly and easily.

This is a very intuitive software and functions in the same way a physician evaluates a patient and creates a note. Produces concise, clean notes and integrates very well with Dragon.
