The thing I like the least is that the initial building of templates and teaching another user is a bit tedious and requires a lot of repetition to understand the difference in your template, live schedule and unapproved schedule.

Tracking of licensures and certifications is a great feature, you can have a great online file for employees that is accessible.

I like that I am easily able to see what hours are available and what I am open to as well as be able to access my calendar anyway and as well see what colleagues I am working with during those shifts, as well as it is very easy to use from day one.

I experience glitches pretty often when using the shift click to remove several shifts at once, it makes the screen bounce around and is somewhat hard to follow.

I like the access that shiftwizard is supposed to provide when at home and on call, this service doesn't work well, I can't get access into my schedule most of the time

Sometimes these glitches last days and my capabilities to sign up for shifts or add comments to my schedule are blocked.

The mobile app is not as useful as the desktop site, and I often find that the app does not work for me at all when I try to sign in.

When looking at the monthly assignment, it doesn’t show the last day of the previous month, making it easy to schedule too many days in a row.

It has to be a separate program from our workday, so we have to add several apps tonour phones just for work.

Typically, I use it to see who is working with me, for time off request, and filling out shift assignments.

Overall, I think it is very user friendly and provides easy access to scheduling and tracking for my direct reports as well as employees throughout the company.

I also wish I could request a shift that isn’t available (such as an 8 hr shift vs a 12 hr shift)

I use the daily report all the time to see who I will be working with. And the Department schedule is nice to see who’s requested off when.
