Digicontacts is a cloud based contact center solution that manages omnichannel customer communications through a secure and fully customizable interface. The platform supports organizations of various sizes across sectors such as insurance and banking, automotive, renewable energy, outsourcing, retail and telecommunications. The software serves call centers, debt collection operations, customer service departments and telemarketing teams in both business to business and business to consumer contexts. The interface is designed for rapid navigation and extensive customization.

The platform consolidates inbound and outbound interactions across voice calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp messaging on a single lightweight system. Inbound calls are directed through automatic call distribution technology and outbound campaigns are managed by an adaptive dialing engine. An interactive voice response system allows configuration of incoming and outgoing voice workflows. Artificial intelligence features are available in seven languages and can be deployed with full customization options. Users can access real time performance analytics and a complete view of the customer journey via an intuitive dashboard.

Digicontacts offers both cloud hosted and on premise deployment options with support for remote work environments. The system can be implemented in approximately one hour. Features for queue management, agent performance tracking, workflow automation and task handling are included to streamline operations and reduce repetitive tasks. Agents can access the platform from any location without compromising data security.

Integration capabilities include more than forty compatible CRM systems and business applications. Pre built connections are available for Freshdesk, Microsoft Dynamics three six five, Monday, Salesforce, Sellsy, Zendesk and Zoho among others. API options enable cohesion between existing business applications and the contact center environment. Centralized data access and reduced manual entry support accurate reporting and informed decision making for continuous refinement of the customer experience.
