The aspect I liked least about Deel was the occasional delay in customer support response times. While generally responsive, there were instances where I experienced longer waiting periods for assistance, which could be frustrating when needing immediate help with an issue.

My overall experience has been very enjoyable and im coming from Wise which is automatic transfer, the cherry on top with Deel is their amazing Customer Service team. I can access my contracts anytime, track my payments transparently, and withdraw funds to any of my bank accounts without issues.

I couldn't find yet how to create a recurring expense in the platform, so there's an expense I must manually enter each month, but maybe it's some setting disabled by my company since I know it's possible to register those as some of my coworkers have this set properly.
