As we currently use SWAG for staff to log on and off, as well as complete leave requests, i would really like them to be able to use something more compatible to link in with Elmo.

It would work well for corporate offices but without an app is tricky for organisations that do not have laptops or computer access for every team member. When the automation is able to be configured to your exact needs it works REALLY well.

E  ,  we sell engineering steels to the general fabrication market  also the heavy  structural steel industry here in New Zealand.

Features that are critical are least developed such as reports from which to compile a general ladger payroll journal for uploading to an accounting system; termination transactions get included in the pay period of termination reports rather then being able to produce an 'extra' pay period; the conversion from existing to new system was as bad as it could possibly get in terms of communication with ELMO, manual data entry when uploading files fails and inconsistency with leave entitlements computation - ELMO expresses annual leave in days and long service leave in weeks - what happened to hours ??

The employee data part is not as aesthetically pleasing as the rest of the screen display.

Head of People and Culture 

There is no option to save pdf's or other documents (emails) in employee's profile , believe it or not, so we have to compile employee files separately which defeats the purpose for the system .

Also  the salary doesn't automatically feed to key pay (our payroll system) , so we have to add the salary in both ELMO and our payroll system separately .

I overall enjoy the accessibility and ease of the ELMO software, makes it easy for the team to communicate amongst one another and the training and timesheet related software.

At least that's the feedback I have had, as a user, from the staff who are creating the forms, but this might be a gap in their knowledge so might be good to look at Elmo/talk with a rep to see what pre-defined templates they may have available.

Cannot believe that anyone would pay such a huge amount of funds towards such an underdeveloped project.

As a gentle reminder, I prefer many reminders.

I get reminders when new training is available and also when my knowledge needs to be updated

Occasionally there are issues with using an apple device that requires the course to be done on a computer.

The my learning link and the learning link seem to overlap and are a little redundant in parts.

This software keeps me up to date with the training and development requirements of my organisation.

Does not readily show available annual leave hours and sick leave hours available.

Restrictive on videos, pictures and file attachment size

Divert Case Manager

It requires too many steps or approvals to modify easy features in your own profile

Ideally this would remove them from the reporting lines in the org charts and have them in a 'floating position' so that they are still counted in our head count and FTE metrics, but don't affect the reporting lines whilst on leave.

Software Engineer

It is very easy for me to set my performance goals and manage leave using this software.

Recruitment Officer

The onboarding section and having to go to a different section when onboarding and offboarding.
