It's almost de-motivational for me to use the app because as much as I love being competitive and want to get points, only a few of my exercise experiences a week are counted - making it like hitting a wall for points unless I take up running, which won't happpen lol.

There is only a generic toggle for all of the notifications and I cannot disable the ones I am not interested in it.

However I sometimes struggle to find where I saw them.

I enjoy the rain sounds and the daily checkins - I wish there was a way to monitor my moods over time (or maybe there is and I just haven't found it yet).
