I do believe that there is no reason to be paying extortionate amounts for some of Manatals competitors and if they could iron out their unweighted boolean search and add a bit more functionality they would have a brilliant product.

this has been repeated process for a very long time - now they want me to go in and reconfigure each job and each job board manually and it didn't work.

I asked them to do it for me as I do not get paid to troubleshoot their platform and I hadn't been able to post any jobs yet.

You have to do that manually. If you send an email to a candidate, it will say; Hi, first and last name.

It is very responsive, comfortable platform and a real time saver and a very effective tracking software.

Price - it is quite cheap for what you get

If they get support handled with actual, people to talk to or to Zoom with and help you get started and get your system up and running then it would be good to have without it
