The software delivers automated salary and bonus payment processing together with social security file management for AFI, CRA and SILTRA systems. The platform connects to a database of more than two thousand collective agreements across Spain to provide notifications when agreements affecting registered companies are updated. Supported deployment options include local installation and cloud based configurations to match organizational infrastructure requirements. The software offers automated management of predictable temporary contracts with ninety-day contract tracking to ensure regulatory compliance and avoid sanctions. For the construction sector, the platform automates contribution and participant file management for the Construction Sector Simplified Pension Plan by identifying companies subject to construction collective agreements and generating required files for transmission to managing entities. AFI file processing accommodates worker batch registrations and notifications of days worked for part-time employees and special regime thirty-two workers as well as inactivity day communications for fruit and vegetable sectors. SILTRA processing includes monthly and vacation bases, arrears and corrections, CRA processing, draft requests and confirmations, vacation requests, worker and segment inquiries and banking data communications with response file visualization. Integration capabilities include API functionality through accounting summary exports and links to related software modules without detailing extensive third party integration pathways.
