We cannot process payroll as they told we would, we cannot get a functioning GL, their ATS cannot facilitate communication and cannot perform any scheduling functions, and Paycom seems to think employee onboarding begins at their start date, so we cannot facilitate any tasks or communication prior to that date.

Paycom is an always evolving for the better both as an administrator and an employee. As I mentioned BETI has made my work life better because with the "Approve my Paycheck " feature, employees have been able to inform me of issues they see with their payroll before I start processing payroll rather than on Payday when reversing payments or additional physical checks would be needed to reconcile the situation.

The ease of processing payroll sometimes feels almost too simple and having a one stop shop for everything from payroll to recruiting to onboarding, provides a more seamless process in HR.

This lack of synchronization hinders the overall effectiveness of goal management, reducing the ability to evaluate progress consistently and ensure goals are being met.

It doesn't integrate with much, reports as deliverables are actually an excel sheet I created with 5 different reports because there is no way to customize and make a usable report for KPI's unless I want to pay tens of thousands of dollars for their "people" to spend 60+ working hours to craft a report when it would take me 10 minutes if I was actually allowed to pull all the right data at the same time.

The product was misrepresented to us during the sales process and four key areas that were table stakes for us have been nothing of what was advertised.
